Who are CP Personnel?

CP Personnel is a recruitment consultancy aimed at forging strong working relationships with our business partners.

The business was established after observing the need for greater empathy with the client’s and candidate’s needs alike. We acknowledge that one of the most important assets of any business is it’s human resources and that one of the most important undertakings of any business is the addition of a new staff member.

We are equally aware that one of the most critical elements of an individual’s success in life is their career development and the impact this has on their overall wellbeing. Accordingly, we are extremely mindful of the responsibility being placed in us when we take on any new recruitment assignment.

CP Personnel only operate in industries where we have developed a strong understanding of the needs and business culture of the sectors we serve. We believe that a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and the inner culture of their organisation is a prime pre-requisite for us to be successful in identifying suitably talented and knowledgeable applicants for your business.

In order to achieve our goal of providing the perfect marriage between client and candidate, CP Personnel require all of our consultants to have either personally worked in the industries for which they serve, or have been trained and accredited by us, before taking a front line role recruiting staff for those industries.

Throughout his career, Bruce Duxbury has acquired a wealth of inside knowledge relating to manufacturing processes and the support network required to sell and maintain process machinery in the field. He has also gained a great insight into the industrial automation sector allowing him to service much wider segments of the manufacturing and process machinery industries.

Bruce’s previous experience from the employer’s side of the desk, as well as a candidate himself in years gone by, provides him with great empathy for the needs of both the client and candidate. This understanding and respect of the recruitment process, along with his 15 years in recruitment allows Bruce to provide a service to his clients and candidates, that is second to none.

Having worked for numerous multinational companies throughout his career, Glenn’s skills and experience span a broad range of industries. His extensive industry knowledge and business acumen have been invaluable in allowing him to fit the CP Personnel mould.

Whilst Glenn has an in-depth knowledge into the Packaging and Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, HVAC and Mining Supply Sectors, his professionalism and broad experience allow him to take on any assignment within the recruitment arena.
