In order to achieve our goal of providing the perfect marriage between client and candidate, CP Personnel require all of our consultants to have either personally worked in the industries for which they serve, or have been trained and accredited by us, before taking a front line role recruiting staff for those industries.
Throughout his career, Bruce Duxbury has acquired a wealth of inside knowledge relating to manufacturing processes and the support network required to sell and maintain process machinery in the field. He has also gained a great insight into the industrial automation sector allowing him to service much wider segments of the manufacturing and process machinery industries.
Bruce’s previous experience from the employer’s side of the desk, as well as a candidate himself in years gone by, provides him with great empathy for the needs of both the client and candidate. This understanding and respect of the recruitment process, along with his 15 years in recruitment allows Bruce to provide a service to his clients and candidates, that is second to none
Having owned and operated a highly successful recruitment business herself for over 20 years, Jan’s skills and experience span all aspects of the Human Resources industry. Her obvious talents and business acumen have been invaluable in moulding CP Personnel into the company we are today.
While Jan has an in depth knowledge of recruitment into the Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction sectors, her professionalism and experience allow her to take on any recruitment assignment.
